I feel like The Nezuko bag was marketed to look like a cute novelty. But aside from being a "feel good" conversation starter: its actually a great roomy bag! Its infinitely better due to the 2 compartments! Books, clothes & hygiene on one side. Gym gear & electronics on the other!
It's amazing really good quality bag I store my wife and I roller blades in I do got to say they just fit but it's sooo much better than carrying them without a bag I do have some extra room on front and side zipper pockets for a few water bottles and some towels
I received the wrong item. Return process is also terrible and a big inconvenience. My plan was to return the item today. However, after arriving at USPS, I was informed that the label you provided needed to be printed beforehand, as that location doesn’t offer printing services. I then drove to a nearby FedEx location to print it, but they also weren’t able to print the label. After driving to multiple locations, I had to give up because I’m running two businesses and simply don’t have time to spend driving around trying to complete a return for an error I didn’t make. To be honest, I’m frustrated by this experience. Receiving the wrong item is already inconvenient, but the return process has made it significantly more so. Many people don’t have access to a printer at home, which means printing the label becomes an extra trip before they can even make a second trip to ship the package. I also noticed your return policy specifically references receiving an “incorrect item.” Whether or not that’s common, my expectation is that when the mistake is on the company’s side, the return process should be as convenient as possible for the customer. I understand USPS may be the most cost-effective return option, but from a customer experience perspective, a carrier like UPS or FedEx—or another option that doesn’t require customers to locate a printer first—would make the process much easier. With that said, I will return the incorrect bag next week when I have more time and it’s convenient for me.
Love this gym bag as hooper and best material quality and I am surprise the structure are still intact than other gym bag. Not only use them as workout I can use them for basketball and pickleball. This gym bag have lot of spaces to use like other reviews mentioned it

Truthfully, really great quality, the ONLY downside I have is the customer service is just sort of rough. Orders will sometimes just… ship extremely late without communication , I’ve had issues 2/3 times I’ve ordered… but the quality of everything is good

This bag is well worth the price. Beautifully made, The butterfly grips on the zippers feel like metal, and are built to last. Pockets both inside and outside the bag, and the material is sturdy. Colors aren't exagerated and are vibrant. I adore this bag, and any Shinobu fan in your life will too!
It’s so much cooler in person, and for the price is so nice
I bought this bag about a month ago. It has become my everyday gym bag. It fits all of my equipment and towel. I’ve even used it as a school bag a couple of times. It has gotten plenty of compliments. I wish the stitching around the velcro was a bit more reinforced. Add pockets inside for smaller items would be helpful so the user won’t have to dig all the way to the bottom of the bag to retrieve those smaller items. I have a smaller bag that I keep in there for that reason. Overall, this is a great and sturdy bag.
I bought this for my friend for his birthday and he loved it!! I was a little skeptical and worried when buying it since I’ve never heard of the company and I didn’t open the package but when he opened it he definitely noticed the quality difference, he said it was way better than the gym bag he had and he loved it a lot! I truly believe it is worth the price!!

Very nostalgic piece. I love how sturdy it is and it's option to be versatile for the friend I bought it for. A little smaller than anticipated but it's greatly put together so it didn't really matter overall. Can't wait to purchase another one.
love this duffle, got it for my bf for christmas and he uses it for work and when we travel. lots of storage space my and the bag itself is great quality. my only wish is that it was just a little but bigger but overall it does hold alot.
